Why do you need a credit card?

We require a credit card as a condition of accepting the free offer in order for us to maintain International Advertising Bureau IAB, advertising standards.

What happens when I set up my account?

• Once you've set up your account, you'll be directed through an easy step by step process. The step by step is designed to help you get your campaign running quickly by guiding you through;
• Uploading your creative
• Choosing the local geographic location
• Picking time of day and days of the week
• Tracking how the ad performed.

Can I upload more than one campaign?

Yes, but the campaign limit is 80,000 ads. Check our store for other rate packages available in your area

Can I cancel the service anytime?

You can cancel the promotional offer anytime without penalty.

What happens after my free campaign has expired?

Simply log into your MyTurf account and click the "MyTurf Store" selection in the left menu panel, then choose the ad package option that best fits your advertising goals and budget. Or you can choose to renew your expired packages automatically by clicking the "Subscriptions" selection and then clicking "expired subscriptions" and "edit" the expired subscription you would like to renew.

What support do you provide during the campaign?

We built our service to put as much control into your hands as possible, but we know it's always good to have people available to answer questions. We're here to help at no additional charge.

Do you offer media design services?

 Yes, we offer a design service that provides 5 IAB standard ad sizes. See the MyTurf store for details

Is there a catch?
